During my recent city break, I had the pleasure of staying at Vertshuset Konow, a truly unique and charming hotel nestled in a picturesque rural area near Bergen. The warmth of the staff, particularly Monika the manager, made us feel right at home and truly elevated our experience. Her kindness and attention to detail were evident, especially during breakfast, where she surprised us with a variety of delightful dishes that accommodated our preferences. The views from our room's patio overlooking the serene lake were breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation after a day of exploring. The hotel's prime location also allowed us easy access to outdoor activities like hiking and canoeing, which we thoroughly enjoyed. With free private parking and a cozy atmosphere, Vertshuset Konow is undoubtedly an excellent value for money. I look forward to revisiting this stunning retreat with friends or family, as the blend of comfort and hospitality truly offers a memorable experience.
